We have just finished the LTTA training session within COMP-UP project. The sessions were held on 22nd and 29th of June and 6th and 8th of July 2021. The workshop was organized online because of the worldwide pandemic. However, it did not affect the high quality of the presented content. The main aim of the LTTA was to present the project’s results and discuss the project related topics such as: motivation, involvement, relationship and atmosphere at work, learning styles and barriers in taking part in learning activities. The workshop consisted mainly of interesting presentations which were a perfect mix of theory and practical skills.
