LTTA workshops in the ENGAGE project

On 8-12 October in the Italian town of Livorno took place a one-week training for the staff of the ENGAGE project. Discussion focused on the progres of work in the project and on planning the nearest activities.

Meeting topics included: introduction to soft skills training and their importance in every professional position, the finalization of training content and the presentation by Danmar Computers on the project platform development.

ENGAGE (ENhancinG Adults key competences to promote and encouraGe effective cooperation between Education and labor market) is aimed at people with low qualifications, especially NEETs, and job seekers who would like to raise their qualifications in the areas of: problem solving, critical thinking, creativity and group work. The aim of the project is also providing high-quality training, tailored to the needs of young people with low qualifications.

Livorno, besides being a meeting place, offered the project partners the opportunity to enjoy the sun and beauty of nature.
