VOCAL-Medical project entered its second year of development. Around that time, all partners met in the beginning of January 2015 in Istanbul, Turkey, to summarise the work carried out so far and to outline a schedule for the coming months. Project meeting was a great opportunity to present the main results, namely two platforms, developed by Danmar Computers. One of them is a browser-based course supporting learning a foreign medical language, while the other one is designed to help medical staff to communicate with foreign patients with the use of mobile devices. All partners are now giving final touches to the content, and while two aforementioned applications are improved, VOCAL-Medical project is moving towards the testing phase that will take place in March 2015.
