At the end of February and the beginning of March, an LTTA event was organised as part of the CodeIT project. Partners from Poland, Cyprus, Italy, Romania and Latvia met in FIORENZUOLA D’ARDA (Italy), where they improved their skills in the field of educational aspects determining the needs and expectations of the concept of introducing algorithmic and software elements into non-IT classes.
The first day of the meeting was devoted to the presentation of training materials by Danmar and COIN, and then by Wszechnica. On the following day the project partners took care of the implementation of the content of the online training materials, which resulted in a very fruitful discussion on this subject among the participants of the training.
In the following days a model timetable for the subjects physics, mathematics, chemistry, geography, including elements of programming, was developed.
The last day of the meeting was devoted to summarizing and evaluating the training within the framework of the CodeIT project.
