Press release – end of BOOST4youth project

The BOOST4Youth has project successfully ended on the 2nd of September with the last project event being held at the Trsat Castle in Rijeka, Croatia.

In compliance with all recommendations and epidemiological measures, the event organiser, PAR University College, prepared an interesting agenda for the participants. The aim of the event was to present the project results and to provide support to women entrepreneurs through free workshops and lectures.

At the Trsat Castle, family farms from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County presented their products that they produce with a lot of effort and enthusiasm. Oksana Balyk Kirinčić gave an lecture with the title “Introduction to the world of online sales” which received very positive feedback from the audience.

At the end of the evening, a panel discussion was held, moderated by Marija Mažar, and panellists Gordana Nikolić, Ines Matić, and Sanja Lopar shared with the audience their life and entrepreneurial stories and motivational messages.

As stated by Sanja Lopar, we hope that the activities of the event motivated the participants to join the world of entrepreneurship.

The Polish Multiplier Event was organized August 14th gathering 20 participants from the target group, in fact including piloting participants, who were interested in meeting other would-be or young entrepreneurs. The event created good networking opportunities and the exchange of feedback on the project results, also from more experienced entrepreneurs.

BOOST4Youth project partners: PAR University College, AKNOW, CCS, CIVIC, Danmar Computers LLC and The Emphasys Centre are satisfied with the success of the project and hope for future fruitful cooperations on new projects that will encourage young people to become  entrepreneurs and will provide them with the tools to put their ideas into practice.
