The main problem faced by university graduates is their lack of skills to match the needs of the labour market. Unfortunately, there is no one good solution to this problem, primarily because education is a multi-annual process and the rate of change in the economy counts in days, if not hours. In this case, it is a good idea to adjust their own qualifications and skills to what the labour market demands from graduates. Within the framework of the project “Crafting Employability Strategies for HE Students of Languages in Europe” (CES&L) workshops dedicated to graduates are being prepared, especially those who will be graduates of language courses.
The topics of the ten workshops include among others social, interpersonal and behavioural aspects that allow students to use and develop their knowledge and language competences. Currently, project partners are developing the final versions of the workshops, which will be available online at: http://languages4work.eu/.
