The last project meeting took place in Tralee (Ireland) on the 16th and 17th of May 2019. It was hosted by the INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, at their facilities, and was a summary of the project events.
The first day was devoted to the presentation of the Toolkit. Meeting participants discussed each section, providing comments and suggestions, as well remarking on the final structure. The final version will be linked to the project website. Next, discussed were matters concerning multiplier events, which all partners will soon organize in their countries.
The second day was project administration, but also some time was given for discussing and planning dissemination activities. Considerations regarding project evaluation and resulting tasks were also dwelled on. However, an important part of the second meeting was the presentation of teacher and researcher from Limerick University (Alex McKillican), who shared his experience from the organisation of the Healthnic Diet workshops in Ireland.
