Project description
The main objective of the project was to increase the adaptability and competitiveness of the Nitrogen Plant in Tarnów by developing its human potential. The project involved 210 employees. The training allowed employees to gain new knowledge and experiences.
The following courses were conducted: SAP information system functions; Information System Accounting and Finance, Controlling Information System, Information System, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Information System and Payroll, Economy Repair, Production Planning, Materials Management, Stable Capital, Financial Accounting, Cash Resources, Wholesale Data, BASIS, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, HR and Payroll.
The project was implemented without partners.
