Project description
The main objective of the project was to educate and develop entrepreneurial qualities (critical thinking skills, developing an active attitude to life, facilitating understanding of the principles of economics) while developing their language skills and ICT in 180 middle schools students and students from the community Krasne. The “Recent high school student” was aimed at students from rural areas, including persons with disabilities, as well as benefiting from social assistance. The target group were students from the Public School of Malawa, Public School of Krasne, Public School of Palikówka and Public School of Strażów.
Within the project, students could benefit from free after-school activities in three areas: entrepreneurship, English and computer science and its practical use. For students participating in the project we have organized 12 mini-visits in the Subcarpathian SMEs. We have also organized a competition “Modern high school entrepreneur” – the best idea for a modern enterprise businessplan. There were selected 3 best ideas in each of the four editions – 1, 2, 3 place and transfer of prizes. More information can be found on the project website.
