Project description
The aim of the project was to improve access to employment of people at risk of social exclusion in selected districts of the Podkarpackie Voivodship: Rzeszow magistrate and land district, distrivts of Kolbuszowa, Łańcut, Ropczyce-Sędziszów and Strzyżów. The target group of the project REVERTI were long-term unemployed and people with disabilities that are residents of aforementioned districts.
The project involved 90 Final Beneficiaries (60 long-term unemployed, and 30 persons with disabilities) who underwent mandatory and comprehensive path to professional activation. Activation included: Individual Action Plans and guidance; training on professional activation and acquisition of key social competences; consulting support – individual and group; language training; training in information and communication technologies; training according to needs; internships in NGOs and social cooperatives (for 30 Final Beneficiaries).
