Project description
The aim of the project was to enable unemployed women from Subcarpathian province the access to the profession of office worker. The target group consisted in 100% of unemployed women (including registered as unemployed or seeking work), including the long-term unemployed and economically inactive from the area of Subcarpathian province.
The training embraced 100 women. Each project participant took part in training the following areas: Windows and MS Office, Internet with elements of teleworking, e-learning course on the labour market; office equipment, flexible forms of employment and work organization, internal and external customer service. Training took place in Rzeszow in groups of 10 people.
The project was implemented without partners.
