Project description

The aim of the project is to aid the printing industry in facing challenges posed by constant changes in the global market. Traditional print media seem to be in decline in the recent years and printing companies are in need of adaptable, multi-skilled workers who can operate new technology equipment, analyze problems, make decisions, work cooperatively and enjoy a clearer understanding of the entire printing production process.

The project’s aid comes in a form of an innovative training methodology and content that will supports the shift of skills matching the requirements of modern markets. Based on Be-Say-Do profiling and training programme that will effect in shifts of the companies mindsets and make them gradually adapt to the new changed, company reality.
