Implementation period: 11.2007 – 10.2009

Project description

IN-WORKER is the first project completed by Danmar under the new program – Lifelong Learning. This was a project from the Transfer of Innovation field. The aim of the project was to move the methodology for the study of training needs from Spain to the partner countries, as well as the transfer of the contents of the CD on the Internet platform. Spanish methodology has been applied in small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly by HR and training managers.
The project had a multi-cultural aspect, focused on the needs of workers – immigrants. Partners began working on the research needs of managers in different countries. The next step was to create a platform and improve the content, and then testing the resulting product in each country.
