The first meeting of the “WINN – Workouts for innovation leaders” project partners took place on 10 November 2020. The project partners, due to the current situation, met online, and discussed all project Intellectual Outputs:
- WINN customization methodology (IO1)
- WINN Workouts Methodology (IO2)
- WINN Workouts Toolkit (IO3)
- WINN Mobile App (IO4)
- WINN lesson learnt report (IO5)
In the second part of the meeting, the partners discussed issues related to project management, such as dissemination strategy, evaluation strategy, and upcoming activities.
WINN project focus on development of specific capacitation program that will prepare SMEs executives to behave innovatively and spread innovation culture across their organisations. It specifically aims at providing high quality learning opportunities for SME executives lacking knowledge, skills, but especially, taking into account the specific target group, the required mindset and behavioral preparation to to face challenges of building innovative organization.
