As part of our dissemination activities, we had the pleasure to present the project PERFORM – Development and Retention for Autistic Staff in Hospitality (project number: 2023-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000152721), to one of the schools in Rzeszow. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss important topics related to inclusive employment in the hospitality sector, particularly in the context of autistic people.
We talked about how the PERFORM project supports the competence development of managers and HR experts in hiring and retaining employees on the autism spectrum.
