Silver+ concerns the Silver Economy as a new pathway to foster entrepreneurship, as well as facilitate the elderly and disabled persons’ insertion and reinsertion in the labour market. The project falls under Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education.

Three target groups can be distinguished within the project’s framework:

• Adult educators
• Adult learners with disabilities (up to 60 years of age)
• Other stakeholders interested in the topic of silver economy

The project will develop the following results:

• SILVER+ Competency Frameworks
• SILVER+ e-Learning Platform
• Capacity Building Toolkit for Blended Learning
• SILVER+ Training Modules
• Handbook for Educators & Health Workers
