Project description
The idea behind the CAR Master project is to:
– define the competence framework of production managers,
– improve the combination of hard and soft skills of production managers (masters),
– develop open education and innovative practices in a digital area and face2face (blended learning), and
– create an online platform as a tool for innovative methods which educates masters.
CAR Master focuses on the development of the following results:
- PR1: Definition of key skills of production managers
- PR2: CAR Master Curriculum
- PR3: CAR Master Learning experience platform
- PR4: Face to face training
- PR5: Accreditation of methodology
- PR6: CAR Master learning experience platform finalization

- Industrial companies
- Masters and talents in industrial production
- Trainers, HR experts
- Educational institutions and schools
