Project outputs:

O1: Blockchain Technology Training Course-BCT Course – The training course aims at offering a hands-on training program with modules directed to address the learning needs of the learners. The modules will be integrated in the online tool (Blockchain Implementation Assistant) which will designed to present these modules to each learner through a personalized training pathway. The elaboration of personalised strategies for adopting blockchain technology will comprise proven practices (“Quick Wins”) which can be immediately implemented by managers/owners of SMEs.

O2: Blockchain Implementation Assistant-BIA – The “Blockchain Implementation Assistant – BIA” will develop personalised training pathways by initially testing the knowledge and awareness of SMEs about blockchain technologies and then providing personalised training plans. The system will support a phased approach. The BIA is intended to work as a truly interactive system, favouring motivation and curiosity of the users, avoiding the approach of a traditional training delivery.
