Project description
COMPASS project is financed under the Operational Programme of Knowledge Education Development was implemented from 02.01.2016 to 31.05.2017.
The project was aimed at people aged 18-35 living in the area of Podkarpackie Voivodeship, belonging to the NEETs group (young people not in employment, education or training). The main objective of the project was professional activation of 48 people through a program of transnational mobility addressed to the tourism and information technology sector. The specific objective was a mutual learning and exchange of experiences between international partners and exchange of good practices on internships abroad.
The project assumed participation of 48 persons (including 24 women and 24 men from the IT and tourism sector), aged 18-35 years, living in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, unemployed or economically inactive, which had not been in training in a period of 4 weeks before the date of signing up for the project.
We offered different types of support, including 2 months of internship in Italy for the participants of the project.
