Project description
The main objective of the project was to increase the adaptability and competitiveness of 8 SMEs in the Subcarpathian region by increasing the competences of 84 workers and adaptation of new structure of work breakdown – WLB. The project carried out training for staff in the field of financial management, heuristic methods of company management, communication and cooperation of the team and its functioning, team management oriented on group and individual, the rules governing the functioning of the relationship with the customers and suppliers in the enterprise. In the context of transnational cooperation we carried adaptation of new work breakdown structure “Work Life Balance” elaborated by the partner from the UK – OAKE Associates.
