Project description
The main aim of the project was acquiring knowledge and skills which are essential in eliminating the risk of social exclusion due to unemployment among the people inhabiting rural areas. Target group consisted of 96 unemployed persons (58 women and 38 men) residing in rural areas of Subcarpathia region. Every participant underwent an obligatory and comprehensive career path. This elicitation included: psychosocial counselling, trainings- ICT training and one vocational training according to particular needs, and also an internship. Such paid 4 month long internships were planned for every participant of the project. The project attracted a lot of attention.
