TRAINING – the path to better future for Nitrogen Plant

Project description
The main objective of the project was to bring the competence of 500 employees Nitrogen Plant in Tarnów and subsidiaries to changes in the management and organization of work related to the implementation of ICT solutions.
The project involved 500 workers in Tarnów Nitrogen Plant and subsidiaries (AUTOMATYKA, ELZAT, JRCH, KOLTAR, WIEZAT ZWIRI) who benefited from the general training leading to a qualification useful at this workplace as well as at other employers. Trainings were conducted: MS Word (basic and advanced), MS Excel (basic and advanced), MS Access (basic and advanced), Internet and e-mail services, computer graphics Corel, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, design of web pages and PHP; Process Control industry (basic and advanced), Windows XP, VISTA, administration and SQL database programming, training as needed.
The project was implemented without partners.
