The main objective of the e-SKILL was to improve the competence of the construction workers, with an emphasis on environmental skills through the development of a training method based on IT and transnational approach, thus boosting the new green culture in the sector, contributing to closing the gap in education and skills level Europe and the recognition of construction workers.
