Project description

The aim of the project was to provide managers of small and medium-sized businesses in an effective tool for positive management of conflicts on the ground of cultural differences. Beyond Diversity Project was based on the results of the previous project Minerva – POCODIMA, conducted in 2003-2005.
The main objective of the project was to equip the transferred beneficiaries in effective tools for constructive conflict management and technological differences and planning curriculum. During the project there were developed materials on CD, which included training modules created using the method MUST. In the project Beyond Diversity, these tools have been designed and adapted to the new conditions of cultural and linguistic conditions in partner countries (Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom). The project was established e-learning platform used to distribute training materials, tools, and knowledge exchange and discussion.
