Project description
The aim of the project was to promote the learning of English and French among preschool children in six countries: Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Greece, and to inform parents about the benefits of early language learning. The project supported the acquisition by children listening, responding and speaking in two languages through innovative, ICT-based (utilizing multimedia and animation technologies, classic, 3D, and video), using the traditional method of education through crafts, games and songs.
Prepared six versions of the DVD, specially designed for use at home or in the kindergarten. The project has been taken into account the development needs of children, and the emphasis was on achieving a balance between the time spent at the computer and the time spent on creating toys. Have also been developed printed materials to support and help for parents and teachers. As part of the project, a website in eight languages and a forum to communicate with parents and teachers.
