Project description
The Agents of Change project aims to empower Cultural and Creative Industry (CCI) professionals to lead sustainable societal innovation by equipping them with entrepreneurial methods, interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and the tools to implement the principles of the New European Bauhaus (NEB). The project fosters their creative and visionary capacities through a capacity-building program based on micro-learning and challenge-based approaches.
Key activities include mapping societal challenges and identifying essential competencies for sustainable innovation, designing and developing the capacity-building program with Open Educational Resources (OERs), testing skills and methodologies through local and European pilot programs, and hosting engagement events to disseminate results and encourage stakeholder collaboration. These efforts support CCI professionals in driving transformative change across local and European communities.
