The report analyses the current state of e-commerce in rural areas of the European Union, focusing on the challenges posed by the lack of digital skills among the workforce. The results of the surveys and interviews with experts and training providers (VET) provide a better understanding of the needs of the industry and will inform the further development of the project and the adaptation of training to the real challenges of the retail sector.
