Project description
Cultural BEES is a Creative Europe project to develop and implement a training programme and digital toolkit that supports the promotion of entrepreneurial skills in the cultural and creative industries among young people.
Inspired by Junior Achievement’s ‘Inspire-Prepare-Succeed’ training model, the project aims to provide the target groups, students aged 15-18 and young people aged 18-30, with the necessary skills, knowledge and tools to succeed in a career in the cultural and creative industries (CCI).
The programme aims to support the target groups to develop their ideas, projects and businesses in the CCI sector and provide them with the resources and skills to make their projects sustainable, inclusive and innovative. This will be achieved through a combination of face-to-face training sessions, self-directed online learning and virtual communities.
The project plans to pilot the developed methodology on a large scale, including the training of 1,000 secondary and higher education students in 3 European countries (Cyprus, Bulgaria and Italy).
