From 16th to 20th April, in Salerno, three representatives of Danmar Computers participated in LTTA training organized by ESSENIA UETP within SPREAD project.
First day of the training was devoted to the subject of quality in mobility projects, most necessary tools and methods were presented and discussed. On the next day, project partners concentrated on the procedures of quality assurance before mobility. General discussion, as well as team work, were employed to facilitate the process of learning.
On the third day, partners met at „IIS Trani-Moscati” school, where students and teachers presented their experiences concerning mobility/internships in international companies, and they organised a tour, showing their school workshops.
Last two days of the training were devoted to the during and after procedures concerning mobility, the evaluation, and final conclusions on the training. The training finished with a short video summary, being the mix of participants feedback on LTTA, which will be posted on the project website.
