Project description
The aim of the project was the purchase of consulting services related to the preparation of the Export Development Plan, which included setting up an export strategy in the UK market. There was exported system supporting production company management. Advice provided by the project included an analysis of several key issues, including: competitive position of Applicant in the market of information systems, the study of the British market information systems as a target market for the export activity, or testing instruments, procedures, practices, business practices and principles determining the ability to export information systems.
Within hours of consultancy there has been prepared a document containing recommendations related to the development of export activities, a timetable for implementation of individual actions and the anticipated costs of implementing an information system for the British market.
The project was implemented without partners.
