At the conference XXXV APEA “Diversities? Inequalities? Challenges in the Construction of an Inclusive Society” 10 and 11 April in Portugal have prepared an article that presents an analysis of the factors affecting the migration processes from Poland to selected European countries in the context of intercultural management needs. The analysis has been subjected to economic and cultural factors that may affect the whole migration process. The latter is considered both as the decision to choose the country of residence as well as an adaptation to the conditions existing in the destination country, in particular those relating to local culture. In this context, consideration of a need or even the necessity of introducing intercultural management in companies of countries to which migrants are coming.
