The modules will be integrated in the online tool (Blockchain Implementation Assistant) which will designed to present these modules to each learner through a personalized training pathway. The elaboration of personalised strategies for adopting blockchain technology will comprise proven practices (“Quick Wins”) which can be immediately implemented by managers/owners of SMEs.
O2: Blockchain Implementation Assistant-BIA – The “Blockchain Implementation Assistant – BIA” will develop personalised training pathways by initially testing the knowledge and awareness of SMEs about blockchain technologies and then providing personalised training plans. The system will support a phased approach. The BIA is intended to work as a truly interactive system, favouring motivation and curiosity of the users, avoiding the approach of a traditional training delivery.
