Dzi\u0119ki wykorzystaniu nowych technologii gospodarka przechodzi proces cyfryzacji, kt\u00f3ry wymaga nowych umiej\u0119tno\u015bci i kompetencji pracownik\u00f3w, trener\u00f3w i firm. W ostatnich latach, zw\u0142aszcza pandemii, po raz kolejny dobitnie pokazano znaczenie e-retailu dla wszystkich firm handlowych.<\/p>\n<p>Aby nad\u0105\u017cy\u0107 za duchem czasu, partnerzy projektu najpierw okre\u015bl\u0105 konkretne potrzeby firm w krajach partnerskich.
