Projekt ACT2IMPACT ma na celu usuni\u0119cie istniej\u0105cej r\u00f3\u017cnicy pomi\u0119dzy zbiorem umiej\u0119tno\u015bci mi\u0119kkich wykorzystywanych przez m\u0142odych, doros\u0142ych ludzi przygotowuj\u0105cych si\u0119 do wej\u015bcia na rynek pracy, a potrzebami obecnie wymaganymi przez firmy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poniewa\u017c tradycyjny system edukacji zmienia si\u0119 w bardzo wolnym tempie, bardzo potrzebne s\u0105 rozwi\u0105zania wspieraj\u0105ce m\u0142odych i doros\u0142ych ludzi w stawianiu czo\u0142a nowym wyzwaniom zmieniaj\u0105cego si\u0119 rynku pracy.<\/p>\n

Cele \u00a0projektu:<\/h3>\n

Celem projektu jest rozw\u00f3j \u015bcie\u017cki podnoszenia kwalifikacji, kt\u00f3ra poprzez zintegrowane podej\u015bcie wspiera rozw\u00f3j umiej\u0119tno\u015bci mi\u0119kkich krytycznego i kreatywnego my\u015blenia.<\/p>\n

Platforma internetowa,<\/strong> na kt\u00f3rej uczestnicy mog\u0105 rozwija\u0107 mi\u0119kkie umiej\u0119tno\u015bci krytycznego i kreatywnego my\u015blenia, poprzez kr\u00f3tkie i wysoce interaktywne kursy szkoleniowe,<\/strong> bazuj\u0105ce na strategicznych zadaniach i \u0107wiczeniach rozwijaj\u0105cych umiej\u0119tno\u015bci.<\/p>\n
