G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem projektu by\u0142 wzrost poziomu bieg\u0142o\u015bci w zakresie wspomnianych wcze\u015bniej umiej\u0119tno\u015bci w\u015br\u00f3d os\u00f3b o niskim poziomie wykszta\u0142cenia z Rumunii, Polski, Niemiec, Hiszpanii oraz W\u0142och do wrze\u015bnia 2018 r.<\/span><br \/>\nAby m\u00f3c zrealizowa\u0107 ten cel, partnerzy projektu za\u0142o\u017cyli, \u017ce:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dokonaj\u0105 analizy istniej\u0105cych otwartych narz\u0119dzi edukacyjnych (tzw.
