This will be achieved through a combination of face-to-face training sessions, self-directed online learning and virtual communities.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The project plans to pilot the developed methodology on a large scale, including the training of 1,000 secondary and higher education students in 3 European countries (Cyprus, Bulgaria and Italy).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Target group<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Students aged 15-18<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>People aged 18-30<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Stakeholders in the heritage and creative industries, such as educators, policy makers, decision makers and private investors,<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project results<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R1: Cultural BEES Innovation Programme &#8211; <\/strong>a programme aimed at developing innovative and sustainable cultural business ideas among young people aged 15-30. The programme includes the creation of accessible learning resources, the promotion of sustainability in the cultural sector and the exchange of knowledge and experience between partners and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R2: Cultural BEES Inspire-Prepare-Succeed Programme &#8211; <\/strong>The outcome aims to implement the BEES training programme and digital tool developed in the Cultural BEES Innovation Programme, inspired by the Junior Achievement Europe programme. Aimed at young people aged 15-30, the programme aims to develop the skills, knowledge and tools needed for success in the cultural sector through training, community platforms, events and access to resources and support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R3: Best Practices and Policy Recommendations &#8211; <\/strong>The aim of the outcome is to increase the usefulness, reach and sustainability of the project beyond the national framework and impact on policy dialogue.
