Initially, as the pandemic progressed and blockades were imposed in many countries, citizens&#8217; consumption habits changed due to the &#8220;stay-at-home effect.&#8221; In addition, the pandemic also caused an increase in the consumption of single-use plastics, often as a result of health and hygiene concerns.<\/span>These are the main consequences of the global pandemic era, which will continue to affect the entire world.
