{"id":3832,"date":"2017-04-21T13:12:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-21T11:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/danmar-computers.com.pl\/?p=3832"},"modified":"2017-06-16T13:16:07","modified_gmt":"2017-06-16T11:16:07","slug":"first-workshops-within-spread-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danmar-computers.com.pl\/en\/wydarzenia\/first-workshops-within-spread-project\/","title":{"rendered":"First workshops within SPREAD project"},"content":{"rendered":"On 19th April 2017, first workshops within the project SPREAD \u2013 Sharing good practices for European mobility activities development<\/em><\/strong>, took place at the premises of Danmar Computers. The workshops were proceeded by LTTA training, which was held in February 2017, in Lisbon.<\/p>\n

Main subject of the workshops was competence requirements in case of tutors of mobility projects\u2019 beneficiaries. At the workshops, there were 18 participants, who were involved in mobility projects for young people.<\/p>\n

The role of a tutor is relatively easy to define, as it follows from the description of the occupied position. However, it is quite difficult to define the requirements for the tutors’ competences. If a proper care is ensured by responsible organisation, the cooperation between a trainees and tutors may be effective for both sides. During internship, a tutor plays significant role, taking care o fa trainees, helping them in new situation and indicating possible career paths.<\/p>\n

Three main groups of competence have been identified, characterizing tutors: pedagogical, social and communication. <\/strong>The competences include: openness, ability to inform and listen to students, ability to manage and moderate discussions, instruct students, measure their progress, and develop their competences. A tutor should have broad skills and competences to support the development of a young person. In this regard, he should meet the expectations of students in the most reliable way. This is a very ambitious goal that can be achieved after the proper preparation of a tutor.<\/p>\n
