The target group of the project is in Machinery Factory in Le\u017cajsk passing adaptation and modernization processes and the support is directed to the company&#8217;s 135 employees (19F, 116M), living in Subcarpathian province.<\/span><br \/>\nThe project was carried out following training: forklift operator, operator of a platform truck, crane pole operator, management of technical documentation workflow, the flow of information between departments, management of staff and employee calendars, creation of technical drawings and sending them through the system, training of e-learning.
