<\/i> Project description<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Graduates are entering the labour market, however their skills do not necessarily match employers\u2019 expectations. In order to raise the employability rate, a set of coordinated actions covering many areas needed to be implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main aim of the CES&L project was to improve the employability of graduates, focusing mainly on languages students. Activities undertaken within the project had engaged all groups of people who could help in achieving this.<\/p>\n

During the first few months of the project, needs assessment among employers looking for graduates entering the labour market had taken place. Information that had been gathered was used in order to adapt already existing Employability Module from Association of Higher Education Careers Services partnering in the project. Adapted materials had then been piloted among groups of students, whose remarks, comments and suggestions had been used to prepare the final version of Employability Module. Additionally, along with the creation of the Employability Module, a set of online modules had been developed, serving as an information exchange point for students, career services employees and employers.<\/p>\n
