<\/i> Project description<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The aim of the project was to compose tools for collecting data on issues of home care for the elderly and “overload of care” (problem of infomal carers). The project also had to compose educational materials, providing psycho-social support to nurses and informal carers of the organizations participating in the project.<\/span>
\nThe project has been developed educational materials and training were organized targeting up to 50 nurses and 25 informal carers in each partner country. More information can be found on the project website: NMCE<\/a>.<\/p>\n
