Developing Adult Educators’ Competences to Promote Learners’ Life Style Entrepreneurship

Project description

The theme of the project concerned adult education and the activities were directed to adult educators-practitioners’ that dealt with learners being in disadvantaged situation. Such situation could have been long-term unemployment or poverty, living in remote areas, being a senior or a women facing disadvantage and social obstacles, having low skills.

The aim of the project was to increase competences of the above mentioned persons in the area of social innovation, entrepreneurship and ICT competences which would lead to more effective work and through that encourage the learners to participation in education and make them more interested in learning.

The project had created three main results: curriculum for adult educators, promoting entrepreneurship among people being in disadvantaged situation, training materials and ICT tools supporting training and guidelines for adult educators explaining how to use the new curricula and training materials during work.
